How can I place an order for a item?....You can place your order online using our online shop or send us an email
Are there any extra/hidden charges?....No. The only price you will pay is the price you see there are no hidden charges at all.
Are your products all brand new?....Yes. All our jewellery and accessories are shipped in perfect condition.
Does your jewellery come with packaging?....Yes, all our jewellery is brand new and comes in an organza gift pouch.
Do your prices include VAT?....All prices are the final price you will pay, there are absolutely no hidden extras.
What about Postage and insurance?....All you pay is one postage charge of £2.95 per order, no matter how many items purchased, and free if your order comes to £50 or more.
What method of payment do you prefer?....We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Delta payments via Paypal and cheque. Please be aware paying by cheque will take longer as we must wait for the funds to clear before despatching.
How long will I have to wait for my item?....If the item you order is in stock, we will ship it immediately. If it's not in stock, we will be able to give you an estimated delivery lead-time when you place your order. Most orders are shipped within 1 week of the order date.
Which shipping company do you use?....We use Royal Mail for all posting.
What about returns?...It is our policy that items maybe returned at our expense if the wrong item/items were sent or if item/items are damaged (please see detail 1 below).Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. Special Orders, Custom Made & CLEARANCE Items are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Can I specify a different delivery address to my billing address?...Yes, but you must inform us as soon as payment is made, as most items are despatched immediately.
Can I order more than two of any one item?...Yes, but you must contact us first if it is more than two of the same item, to ensure we have sufficient stock (please see detail 2 below).
1. Items damaged in transit or in packaging will be covered by our policy. Items damaged by misuse or incorrect handling are not covered by our policy.
2. As all jewellery items are individually crafted, we will need to ensure we have sufficient time and materials for requests of more than two of any piece of jewellery.
